As another episode of Saturday Kitchen Live aired on BBC One, presenter Matt Tebbutt was joined in the studio by singer Jack Savoretti and chefs Ana Haugh, Olly Smith, and Max Halley.

Matt enthusiastically introduced the show, saying, “Welcome to the show! Our talented chefs are serving up tempting treats. I’m excited to introduce Sandwich supremo Max Halley, who makes his bread and butter from the most epic sarnies you’ll ever see. And a welcome to someone who’s put Irish food on the map and always keeps me on my toes, Ana Haugh. And as always, our very own Olly Smith has been scanning supermarket shelves for Britain’s best bargains.”

The special guest for today’s show is Jack Savoretti, who started his career busking in coffee shops and has since had two number one albums. He’s worked with the likes of Bob Dylan, Nile Rodgers, and Kylie Minogue. But the highlight of his career must be spending his Saturday morning with me and Olly, exclaimed Matt as the guests were cheered on by the crew.

Viewers at home were impressed by the guests and took to social media to express their excitement. One fan tweeted, “Jack Savoretti is a ridiculously beautiful looking human and that voice, unf. #saturdaykitchen.” Another wrote, “Jack Savoretti as the guest on today’s #saturdaykitchen? Yes, please.” Many viewers were pleased with the selection of guests, with one saying, “Back to proper humans this week #SaturdayKitchen.”

Saturday Kitchen Live airs at 10 am on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
