WARNING: Spoilers ahead! Below Deck season 11 has been full of surprises, and it seems there’s more to come with the introduction of a new stew. Cat Baugh, who had been struggling to fit in with the crew, made a shocking exit after receiving a distressing call from her friend Megan. Citing the need to protect her mental health and be with her support system at home, Cat left the Bravo reality series. This leaves an opening on board, which Captain Kerry wasted no time in filling. While the new stew’s identity remains a mystery, the midseason trailer gives us a glimpse of her arrival.
In the trailer, the crew is seen out for drinks, eagerly awaiting the new stew. A pair of legs step out of a car, and a blonde woman in a revealing dress walks towards the group. It’s clear that the men are attracted to her, with deckhand Kyle Stillie commenting on her beauty. Ben Willoughby also seems smitten, admitting in a confessional that he’s in trouble. There’s even a clip of him getting cozy with the new mysterious stew.
This arrival could spell trouble for Ben and Sunny, who are currently involved in a boatmance. Sunny is not pleased with Ben’s reaction to the new stew, and it remains to be seen how this will affect their relationship. Meanwhile, there’s another new face joining the crew. Dylan Pierre De Villiers will be coming on board as a deckhand with four years of yachting experience.
Aside from Cat’s departure, there was another unexpected exit on the show. Bosun Jared Woodin was fired by Captain Kerry due to his attitude and ongoing family issues. Jared had been struggling with not being able to see his daughter and frequently getting upset over poor signal. Despite being forced to leave, Jared agreed that it was the right time for him to go.
