Bezos, the 60-year-old Amazon founder, kept it casual in a dark zip-up blazer over a white T-shirt. Meanwhile, Sánchez opted for a more risqué look, showcasing her curves in a corseted lace minidress. The 54-year-old helicopter pilot let the daring design take center stage by keeping her beauty look simple, with gentle side-parted waves, a nude lip, and subtly smoky eye. The couple posed for photos with creative directors Fernando Garcia and Laura Kim, who design for both Monse and Oscar de la Renta, possibly hinting at what they might wear to the gala itself. Other celebrities in attendance included Doja Cat, Pamela Anderson, and “RHONY” star Sai de Silva.
Bezos and Sánchez are set to make their Met debut at Monday night’s ball, which has a theme of “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.” While Bezos has attended the star-studded event before, both solo and with his ex-wife Mackenzie Bezos, it will be Sánchez’s first time.
