Lance Bass Trolls Justin Timberlake’s “It’s Gonna Be May” Meme in Hilarious TikTok Video
In a hilarious TikTok video, Lance Bass, former pop star and member of *NSYNC, trolled Justin Timberlake’s famous “It’s Gonna Be May” meme. Bass presented his husband, Michael Turchin, with a handmade card, and as Turchin began to read it aloud, the camera panned to Bass wearing ramen noodles on his head, reminiscent of Timberlake’s iconic 2000 hairstyle. Bass then belted out the chorus of the hit *NSYNC tune “It’s Gonna Be Me.” Captioning the post, Bass wrote, “POV: your friend mispronounces a word once and now it’s a national holiday.” Happy #itsgonnabemay Day!
Timberlake, who famously mispronounced the word “me” in the song, also made fun of himself last year on TikTok when asked about a word he pronounced incorrectly. He shared the video on his Instagram Stories in preparation for the annual event. Coincidentally, April 30 marked the start of Timberlake’s The Forget Tomorrow World Tour in Vancouver. After his performance, Timberlake shared behind-the-scenes footage of his preparations for the concert, including a cameo from his wife, Jessica Biel, who was seen wearing merch from the tour. “SHOW 1.
