Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s lavish Atlanta mansion is facing the threat of foreclosure once again. The couple received a warning from their bank lender, Truist, who gave them until May 3 to fight for their home in court. If they fail to take action, the bank will proceed with a non-judicial foreclosure and reclaim ownership of the 15,000-square-foot Milton mansion. Despite having the property listed for sale, the exes have struggled to find a buyer and even reduced the price by $1 million in January. This latest foreclosure threat comes after the bank accused them of defaulting on their mortgage. In the past, the couple managed to resolve foreclosure issues, but their recent divorce and financial difficulties have made matters more challenging. To alleviate their financial woes, Zolciak sold her skincare brand and listed designer items for sale online. However, their debts continue to accumulate, including owing over $1 million in taxes to the IRS and facing lawsuits from banks and credit card companies.
