However, Gregg faced backlash earlier this year when he discussed his Saturday routine in an article for The Telegraph. The TV chef opened up about his impressive 5-stone weight loss and gym regime, which involved waking up at 5 am. Some fans criticized Gregg for his interaction with his son, leading him to address the comments in a live Instagram session.
Gregg clarified that he spends ample time with Sid and that the logged activities only represent a fraction of their day. He also dismissed claims that Sid was unwanted, revealing that it took them two years to conceive him. Gregg expressed his love for his wife Anna, who desired to start a family.
