Gisele Bündchen left “deeply disappointed” by jokes about her marriage to Tom Brady

Gisele Bündchen, the Brazilian model and ex-wife of 7-time Super Bowl champ Tom Brady, expressed her disappointment over the jokes made about her on the ex-quarterback’s Netflix roast. According to a source, Bündchen, 43, was deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family during the roast show. Her priority, as always, is to support her children who were affected by the irresponsible content that was broadcasted. Bündchen has been dedicating herself to aiding those in need in her home state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, which is currently facing the worst flooding in its history. To hear her life being joked about was very disappointing, especially when she was concerned about her family affected by the devastating floods.

Comedian Kevin Hart, who hosted “The Roast of Tom Brady,” took aim at Bündchen and her boyfriend Joaquim Valente, a jiu-jitsu trainer. Hart jokingly mentioned how Brady left New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick “high and dry” when he left the team for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The comedian humorously stated that sometimes you have to “f**k your coach” to maintain your happiness, referring to Brady’s decision. He then made a joke about Bündchen, saying that she “f**ked that karate man,” referring to Valente. The crowd burst into laughter, although Brady seemed somewhat uncomfortable with the comment. Hart continued to joke about Bündchen’s karate classes, stating that even with eight classes a day, she was still a white belt. The comedian called Brady an “idiot” and made light of the situation, suggesting that everyone should have known about Bündchen’s relationship.

These jokes come after Bündchen previously addressed speculation about her romance with Valente. Although she met him in December 2021, they reportedly did not start dating until June 2023. Despite being spotted together in Miami and Costa Rica in 2022, Bündchen repeatedly denied that they were anything more than friends. Bündchen and Brady finalized their divorce in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage. They share two children, Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11.
