Burger King Brings Back Fan-Favorite Halloumi Fries

Burger King has responded to popular demand and brought back a beloved item on its menu: halloumi fries. Made with 100% Cypriot halloumi and served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce, these cheesy delights were first introduced in the summer of 2021 and quickly became a hit among customers. Fans took to social media to express their love for the side dish, with some even calling it a “game-changer”. Many customers pleaded with the fast food giant to make halloumi fries a permanent menu item, proclaiming them as their favorite.

Greek Cypriot YiaYias (grandmothers) were invited to taste test the halloumi fries and gave them their seal of approval. Bambi Steel and Helen Zannicos, members of East London’s Hellenic Cypriot Society, praised the fries for their perfect balance of cheesiness and saltiness. They also highlighted the use of quality ingredients sourced from Cyprus, which enhanced the taste even more. The YiaYias were delighted to award Burger King’s halloumi fries with their very own seal of approval.

Customers can now enjoy the return of halloumi fries at all Burger King UK restaurants. They are available in packs of five for £3.99 or eight for £5.29. Additionally, for the first time ever, customers can order halloumi fries for delivery through Uber Eats.

Burger King Expands and Introduces New Locations

In addition to bringing back halloumi fries, Burger King is expanding its presence across the UK. The fast food chain has opened several new restaurants, including one in Canary Wharf’s Cabot Square. Furthermore, Burger King has plans to open new locations in Staines, Peterhead, Blackburn, Lynn, and London Colney.

Exciting Menu Updates from McDonald’s

Meanwhile, McDonald’s is also making waves with its menu updates. Chicken lovers will be delighted to know that the McChicken Deluxe has made a triumphant return. This twist on the iconic Big Mac features two 100% chicken breast patties coated in a crispy coating, along with cheese, lettuce, pickles, and Big Mac sauce, all sandwiched between the recognizable triple-layered bun.

But that’s not all! McDonald’s is also bringing back the “sensational” Biscoff McFlurry (£1.99) and introducing a new addition to the lineup: the Biscoff Frappe (£2.99). The Biscoff Frappe combines a vanilla-flavored base with ice and Biscoff crumb, topped with caramel-flavored cream and a sprinkle of Biscoff crumb.

It’s an exciting time for fast food lovers as Burger King and McDonald’s bring back fan-favorites and introduce new additions to their menus. Don’t miss out on these delicious treats!
