Tom King’s behavior takes a dark turn in upcoming episodes of Emmerdale as he discovers Belle Dingle has been keeping a secret from him. In a special episode, the focus will be on Tom, Belle, Rhona, and Marlon as they attempt to enjoy a dinner together. However, things quickly become difficult and tense. The audience will experience the party from two different perspectives – one from the dinner table and the other from the kitchen. This episode aims to highlight that what is seen in public is not always the same as what happens behind closed doors.
Before the dinner party, Belle secretly visits the doctor to organize her contraceptive prescription. She explains to Manpreet that she doesn’t want it sent home like her other medications. Manpreet grows concerned and reminds Belle that any information shared in the surgery is confidential. Belle chooses not to disclose anything about Tom to the doctor. After discussing the medication further, they find a solution.
Meanwhile, at the vets, Tom misdiagnoses an elderly dog with cancer without conducting tests. Vanessa and Paddy arrive just in time to correct the mistake and perform the correct blood tests. As the angry client leaves, Tom plays the victim and claims Vanessa makes him feel unwelcome at the practice.
Later, Tom invites the vet staff and their partners to a dinner party at his and Belle’s house. When Tom returns home, he’s in a bad mood and tells Belle that the success of the dinner party is solely her responsibility. Before the guests arrive, Tom finds Belle and makes her change into a more “appropriate” outfit. Just as Tom makes a discovery about Belle, the guests start to arrive.
