AMANDA HOLDEN’S AMAZING RENOVATION PROJECT IN TUSCANY PAYS OFF

Amanda Holden and Alan Carr have proven that hard work pays off, as their dilapidated farmhouse in rural Tuscany, which they purchased for just €1, has been sold for an impressive €187,777. The duo’s renovation journey was documented on BBC’s The Italian Job, captivating millions of viewers.

The best part? All proceeds from the sale will be donated to the charities Children In Need and Comic Relief, making this a win-win situation. The purchase was part of an initiative to revitalize Italian rural towns after locals moved away, and the buyers were responsible for completely transforming the house.

Viewers were left in awe as they witnessed the usually glamorous Amanda Holden roll up her sleeves and get her hands dirty. Known for her stunning outfits and radio show, Amanda proved that she’s not afraid to tackle a renovation project. Alongside comedian Alan Carr, she named the house Casa Alamanda II, a testament to their successful collaboration.

The pair managed to maintain some of the original period features of the house, such as wooden beams and tiles, while adding their own touch with a beautiful marble island in the kitchen. The transformation was truly remarkable, with the house now adorned with striking Renaissance artwork.

Roy Santi, Director & Estate Agent at Dimore Toscane, proudly described the property as a “little jewel” with breathtaking views of the river and mountains. The renovation respected the traditional materials and detailing of rural Tuscan homes.

According to The Mirror, the house has now been sold at a significant profit. Amanda and Alan are not stopping there, as they are set to embark on another renovation adventure in Spain for their upcoming series, The Spanish Job.

It seems that Amanda’s talent for renovation has caught the attention of others as well. Anouska Lancaster, QVC’s Interior Design and Lifestyle presenter, exclusively revealed that she would love to team up with Amanda for an interior design series. With Amanda’s proven success in the renovation world, this would undoubtedly be a show worth watching.

The UK’s most influential interiors expert, known for her stunning transformations, has revealed her desire to revamp Amanda’s bedroom. In an interview with Vogue magazine, the home stylist expressed her eagerness to take on the challenge both on and off screen. Currently, she is basking in the success of her recent project – a glamorous makeover for her daughter Hollie’s room, inspired by The Great Gatsby. The art deco design, featuring striking shades of peacock green and gold, left Hollie overjoyed. Looking ahead, the stylist dreams of collaborating with Amanda on a TV show centered around interior design. Although Amanda is currently occupied with her show alongside Alan Carr, the possibility of a future collaboration excites both parties. Stay tuned for more updates on this potential partnership.
