Tori Spelling was all smiles as she celebrated her son Finn’s fifth grade graduation this week. The “Beverly Hills, 90210” star took to Instagram to share a photo of herself and Finn in front of a blue backdrop with silver balloons. Spelling looked stunning in a blue dress and chunky black boots, while Finn sported a Class of 2024 T-shirt, black cargo shorts, and black sneakers.
In the caption, Spelling expressed her pride in her son, saying, “And, just like that I have a 5th grade graduate. Finn Davey, I’m so proud of you! Bye elementary school and hello middle school. I love you chat!” She also explained that Finn’s dress code was shorts because they had a sports day before the graduation ceremony.
However, the celebration comes amidst reports that Spelling and her five kids have moved out of their rental home, leaving it in terrible condition. According to a neighbor, the property is completely trashed, and it’s unlikely that Spelling will get her security deposit back. A clean-up crew had to fill a “big dumpster” multiple times with miscellaneous items, and there are even marks on the walls and a strong smell of urine left by Spelling’s pets.
Photos published by the Daily Mail show various items, including furniture, sitting on the curb of the home, waiting to be picked up. The property is still listed for rent at a price of nearly $17,000 per month. Spelling and her kids moved into the home in February, following her divorce from Dean McDermott.
This is not the first time the family has had to move out of a rental home. In July 2023, they had to leave their first rental due to a mold infestation. They then stayed in a motel before living in an RV. In October 2023, Spelling found another rental home in Woodland Hills, but they had to move out again after a SWAT team intervened in a hostage situation at a neighboring property.
It is unclear where Spelling and her children will go next or why they left the home just four months after signing the lease.
