BARGAIN HUNT SHOCKER: Blue Team Left Empty-Handed After Risky Buys
In a nail-biting episode of Bargain Hunt, the blue team’s hopes of victory were dashed when they failed to make a single profit. Paul and Fay, confident in their purchases, believed they had the competition in the bag. However, BBC host Eric Knowles had a different opinion, remarking that they had made some bold buys.
Despite antiques expert Raj Bisram’s advice, the couple went against it and splurged on a series of questionable items. Eric challenged them to find an item with a precious or semi-precious stone. They decided to spend £80 on a dazzling ring, but were disappointed to learn that it wasn’t real silver and would not fetch a high return. In the end, they only managed to get £45 after the auctioneer pleaded with the audience.
Their Turkish-style pot, which Paul thought was a bargain at £72, also failed to impress the buyers. Despite its stunning detail and bright colors, it didn’t attract much interest.
