Beloved British family sitcom, Outnumbered, is set to make a comeback with a Christmas special, much to the delight of fans. While the Outnumbered children reunited as adults in 2022, sharing pictures of a pub hangout, it has been years since we last saw the actors in their iconic roles. However, there have been hints of a reunion over the past eight years. Tyger Drew-Honey expressed that there may not be another series, but another special is not out of the question. Similarly, Hugh Dennis expressed his desire for a reunion in 2020, stating his love for another series or Christmas special.

So, what have the cast been up to since the show ended? Let’s find out.

Hugh Dennis, who played Pete Brockman, has continued his television work and is best known for his roles in Not Going Out, Fleabag, and The Great British Dig. Since the show ended, he has also gone through a divorce from his ex-wife Catherine Abbot-Anderson, with whom he shares two children. However, Hugh has found love again with Claire, who portrayed Sue in Outnumbered. The two co-stars revealed in 2018 that they started dating in 2017, following their respective splits from their previous partners.

Claire Skinner, who played Sue Brockman, has also continued her acting career. She has notably appeared in Ted Lasso, Next of Kin, and Vanity Fair since the show ended. In 2016, Claire went through a divorce from her husband, director Charles Palmer, with whom she shares two sons. In a 2019 interview, Claire spoke about her romantic relationship with Hugh, describing it as a “lovely little life surprise.” Hugh also expressed his happiness in an interview with the Mail on Sunday, stating, “It’s nice and yes, it’s so lovely.”

Tyger Drew-Honey, who portrayed Jake Brockman, has made notable appearances in Cuckoo as a key cast member and Dylan Thompson in another family sitcom. He has also been seen in Citizen Khan and has participated in various reality TV shows, including Celebs Go Dating and Celebrity MasterChef. As for his personal life, it is unclear if Tyger is still in a relationship with Fluke Chotphuang, whom he dated for several years.

With the anticipation building, fans of Outnumbered can look forward to the upcoming Christmas special and seeing their beloved cast back on screen once again.

Outnumbered Star Daniel Roche Returns to Acting After Taking a Break from the Industry

Since the popular sitcom Outnumbered came to an end, actor Daniel Roche has been focusing on his studies. Currently an undergraduate student at King’s College London, Roche has also been actively involved in the Rugby Club.

However, Roche has made headlines for his off-screen antics as well. In 2017, he was photographed chanting ‘ketamine’ at the Boomtown festival, and last year, he caused a stir when pictures emerged of him posing with ‘bags of marijuana’ while on holiday.

In a recent interview with Vice, Roche opened up about his decision to step away from acting for a while. He explained, “I got scouted and ended up in the Wasps academy at the same time when I had my GCSEs, then A-levels, and eventually university. Acting had to take a backseat during this time. We told my agent not to actively pursue any acting jobs for me.”

However, Roche is now ready to make a comeback. He expressed his desire to get back into acting, stating, “I just want to get back into the swing of it, really. I’m not aiming for an Oscar. Ultimately, I want to spend my life doing what I enjoy, and I’ve always enjoyed acting.”

Outnumbered Star Ramona Marquez Embraces a Low-Key Lifestyle

Ramona Marquez, who played the role of Karen Brockman in Outnumbered, has taken a different path since the show ended. Starting at the young age of six, Marquez has grown up in the spotlight. Now, at 23 years old, she has chosen to lead a more low-key life.

Marquez is currently studying Spanish and Mandarin at the University of Manchester. In 2020, she made a contribution to Florence Given’s book, Women Don’t Owe You Pretty, where she revealed her bisexuality.

In her spare time, Marquez sells clothes on Depop and enjoys getting tattoos. Like any other 23-year-old, she shares glimpses of her down-to-earth life on social media platforms.
