Kevin Costner’s ex-wife Christine Baumgartner was spotted looking incredibly happy with her new boyfriend Josh Connor. It has been just over a year since Baumgartner filed for divorce from the famous Yellowstone actor.
Costner himself has moved on and is now in a high-profile romance with singer Jewel, which reportedly began in late 2023. The couple made their first public appearance together during a charity event on Richard Branson’s Necker Island in the British Virgin Islands.
On the other hand, Baumgartner has chosen a more low-key approach to her dating life. However, the Daily Mail managed to obtain photos of her and boyfriend Josh Connor walking hand-in-hand in Santa Barbara, California on May 13. The couple looked very much in love as they enjoyed a relaxed stroll in matching workout attire, taking advantage of the beautiful California weather.
According to reports, Baumgartner started dating Connor just four months after filing for divorce from Costner on May 1, 2023. There were rumors that Costner had suspicions about his wife’s friendship with Connor before their separation.
Baumgartner and Connor even went on a romantic vacation together in Hawaii during the holidays. Costner and Baumgartner were married for 19 years and have three children together. Their divorce was filled with legal battles over spousal and child support, but it was finally settled in September 2023, with Baumgartner being granted $63,209 monthly in child support.
The Daily Mail reveals that Connor is a divorced father of three who became legally single on January 3, 2023. He currently works as a managing director and co-portfolio manager of Oaktree Capital’s Infrastructure Investing strategy.
Meanwhile, Costner is focused on his upcoming movie Horizon: An American Saga – Chapter 1, which is set to be released in June. Aside from moving on from his divorce by being in a relationship with Jewel, Costner has also addressed rumors surrounding his departure from Yellowstone. He spoke about the messy contract negotiations and his relationship with the show’s creator, Taylor Sheridan.
