JACQUI JOSEPH’S PROPERTY DREAMS COME TRUE IN LONDON
Jacqui Joseph, star of Homes Under the Hammer, recently had her dreams come true when she stumbled upon a stunning Victorian three-bedroom flat in the sought-after area of Clapham. The 51-year-old was immediately captivated by its charming exterior and couldn’t help but share her excitement before even stepping foot inside. What’s more, she discovered that as a conversion, the new owners would own part of the freehold, adding to the property’s appeal.
With a hefty guide price, this property stands out from the rest on the BBC show. Despite initial expectations of securing it for £620,000, it was eventually sold for a whopping £710,000 in February 2023. The increase in price didn’t deter Jacqui, who believes that this spacious flat has the potential to become a fabulous home for someone.
Following the sale, Jacqui caught up with the new owners, Lyndsey and Daisy, a mother and daughter duo, to hear their plans for renovation. Lyndsey, an interior designer, expressed her desire to preserve some of the home’s original features, ensuring that the budget would not be compromised.
