Gisele Bündchen Pays Heartfelt Tribute to Late Mom on Mother’s Day
Supermodel Gisele Bündchen took to Instagram to honor her late mother on Mother’s Day. In a series of throwback photos featuring her mother Vânia Nonnenmacher and her five sisters, Bündchen expressed her emotional connection to her mom. “It’s still hard to say ‘mom’ without getting emotional,” she wrote in the caption.
Bündchen continued to praise her mother, describing her as an amazing human being who always helped others. She emphasized her mother’s strength, love, and compassion, stating that there was nothing her mother couldn’t do. Nonnenmacher, who passed away in January at the age of 75, served as an incredible role model for Bündchen and her sisters.
The former Victoria’s Secret Angel also shared her own experience as a mother, calling it the best and most rewarding experience. She expressed her gratitude for her mother’s guidance and acknowledged that even though she can no longer feel her embrace, she knows her mother is always watching over their family.
Bündchen shares two children with her ex-husband, Tom Brady, and has referred to herself as a “bonus mom” to Brady’s son from a previous relationship. Brady also honored both Bündchen and his ex, Bridget Moynahan, in his own Mother’s Day Instagram post. He expressed his appreciation for the kind, caring, compassionate, and powerful moms in his life.

This heartfelt tribute comes shortly after Bündchen expressed disappointment over jokes made about her and her boyfriend during “The Roast of Tom Brady” on Netflix. Moynahan, on the other hand, shared a cryptic quote about loyalty on Instagram and later posted about the importance of kindness without directly addressing the situation.
