Fyre Festival mastermind Billy McFarland made a surprise appearance at Donald Trump’s lively rally in the Bronx on Thursday. The notorious organizer was accompanied by controversial rap duo Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow, who also took the stage to address the crowd. With their combined social media following of over two million, their presence at the event quickly gained attention on hip hop websites and social media platforms.

During his speech, Sheff G emphasized the importance of celebrating achievements and not dwelling on failures, stating that Trump would champion victories for everyone. Sleepy Hallow echoed this sentiment by proclaiming, “Make America great again!” The former president’s devoted supporters flooded Crotona Park in the South Bronx to attend the rally.

McFarland’s attendance at the event comes after his release from prison in 2022. He served a four-year sentence for defrauding investors of $27.4 million in the ill-fated Fyre Festival. Despite the festival’s disastrous outcome, McFarland attempted to redeem himself last summer by organizing a smaller-scale “Fyre Festival 2.” This event involved taking a group of approximately 75 ticket-buyers to an airfield in upstate New York, where they were treated to a weightless experience aboard private planes.

It is worth noting that Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow have faced their fair share of legal troubles. They were previously named in a 140-count indictment alongside alleged gang members. The charges included serious offenses such as second-degree murder, attempted murder, conspiracy, weapons possession, assault, kidnapping, and gang assault. Sheff G pleaded not guilty, while Sleepy Hallow maintained their innocence through an Instagram post.

Overall, McFarland’s appearance at the Trump rally alongside Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow created quite a buzz within the hip hop community and on social media platforms.
