CHANNING TATUM AND JENNA DEWAN’S MESSY DIVORCE BATTLE

Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan’s divorce saga continues, even five years after their official split. The Hollywood power couple shocked the world when they decided to end their nine-year marriage back in 2018. While Channing has moved on and is now engaged to Zoe Kravitz, details of their relationship remain private. Jenna, on the other hand, has found love again with actor and singer Steve Kazee, and they are expecting their second child next month. However, Channing has recently accused his ex-wife and former co-star of using ‘delay tactics’ to prolong their divorce settlement and seek financial gain from him.

In court documents obtained by the DailyMail, Channing refuted Jenna’s claims that he had hidden earnings from the Magic Mike franchise during their marriage. He stated that he has never denied her share of any community assets or income, and her allegations of collusion with third parties are completely false. Channing also mentioned that he has always kept Jenna informed about the financial updates of the lucrative male stripper franchise.

Jenna has filed a motion to handle the Magic Mike revenue as a separate issue from their divorce, requesting an additional trial. The pair’s disagreement over spousal support has also become a major point of contention. Channing argues that they were only married for a short period of time and separated over six years ago, making it unnecessary for Jenna to receive spousal support. He believes that she is using this request as a tactic to further delay their financial settlement.

While Jenna would be entitled to half of the community property, royalties, and other financial assets, Channing points out that she is also a successful industry professional herself. He highlights that the first Magic Mike movie, co-financed by him and director Steven Soderbergh, was a joint investment of $7 million (£5.57 million). Today, after the success of the franchise, it is worth a staggering $167 million (£133 million).

The battle between Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan over their divorce and financial assets continues to unfold. Stay tuned for more updates on this ongoing Hollywood drama.
