Bethenny Frankel is making headlines again, this time for her triumphant return to Chanel. The former “Real Housewife” was previously denied entry to the brand’s Chicago store, which she deemed as “elitist” and “exclusionary.” However, she didn’t let that stop her from trying again. Frankel took to Instagram to announce her “Chanel field trip,” revealing that she was dressed differently this time around.

The 53-year-old reality star looked effortlessly chic in a pearl-buttoned dress, paired with stylish heels. She accessorized her look with Chanel earrings and one of the brand’s iconic quilted flap bags. Frankel jokingly said, “If they let me in because of how I look, Christmas is canceled.”

Before entering the store, Frankel engaged in a friendly conversation with three gentlemen outside. Finally, she walked in confidently and walked right back out, signaling her successful visit. She playfully remarked, “No problem today,” as she left the store.

The day before her successful attempt, Frankel was informed that she needed to make an appointment to shop at Chanel. Despite understanding the importance of security, she expressed her disagreement, stating that she didn’t realize people weren’t allowed to walk into stores anymore. In a Wednesday video, she humorously compared the situation to needing a pap smear appointment to enter Chanel.

Frankel emphasized the significance of first impressions in business and expressed her desire for everyone to feel valued, especially by luxury brands that profit from people buying into the hype. Her fans celebrated her victory, with one describing her entrance and exit as “epic.” Another fan couldn’t contain their laughter, commenting on how Frankel confidently strutted in full Chanel attire.

Social media users drew comparisons between Frankel and Julia Roberts’ character Vivian Ward in the movie “Pretty Woman.” Many were curious about what Frankel said during her brief time inside the store. Representatives for Chanel have yet to respond to the incident.
