Ben Affleck was seen flying solo in Los Angeles while Jennifer Lopez continued to promote her latest film, “Atlas,” in Mexico. The Oscar winner was spotted leaving the popular hotspot Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, dressed casually in a navy blue button-down shirt and khakis. However, what caught everyone’s attention was that he was wearing his wedding ring, hinting that his marriage to the “Let’s Get Loud” singer may be on the rocks.
While Affleck, 51, enjoyed a night out, Lopez, 54, made a stunning appearance at the Toreo Parque Central in Mexico City. She posed solo in a plunging, bridal-white gown, with her hands somewhat concealed by the dress’ ruffles. However, her wedding band was still visible, making a statement of its own.
Affleck had previously skipped his wife’s Los Angeles premiere, opting to be on set for his upcoming movie “The Accountant 2.” However, an insider revealed that if there was a way to divorce based on temporary insanity, Affleck would consider it. “He feels like the last two years were just a fever dream, and he’s come to his senses now and understands there is just no way this is going to work,” the source shared.
Despite the swirling rumors of a potential divorce, Lopez chose to wear her wedding band that night, seemingly making a statement of her own. While neither of them has addressed the speculation surrounding their marriage, Lopez did “like” a revealing Instagram post recently. The post read, “You can’t build a relationship with someone who is disconnected from themselves.”
According to real estate sources, the “Gigli” co-stars secretly tied the knot in Las Vegas in July 2022 and had a lavish ceremony the following month at Affleck’s Georgia estate, surrounded by family and friends. They also blended their families, as Lopez has twins Emme and Max, 16, with Marc Anthony, while Affleck is the father of Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12, with his ex-wife, “Alias” alum Jennifer Garner.
